Only 3 stars as the pumpkin pie blizzard was not up to standard. The ice cream was white for the lower quarter of the cup which... shows that it was not properly mixed; cup was not served upside down as for any blizzard; there was no whipped cream as perdisplayed image! The service from staff at this location needs some training on customer service! Read more
I thought i was gonna have a bad day seeing there was only one employee but it turned out to be great coz this guy with curly... hair( didnt get his name) was great at his job and he was basically multitasking dealing with the register in and out of thekitchen. 5 stars for my guy 3.8 for dairy queen get more employees or give the man a raise ^^ Read more
I ordered gravy and it looked suspiciously creamy but I didn?t think anything of it until my 5 year old said yucky and spat it... out. Then I tried it and the gravy was raw, I could taste the flour/corn starch in it. I told the staff and they said it wascooked in the morning. I asked them to try it but they refused to because they ?don?t eat gravy?. I threw it away and asked tospeak with a manager but one wasn?t in. I made a complaint to the Vancouver health food safety department while my kids areplain fries. On my way out, I told them I had made a formal complaint about the gravy and they need to look into it and left. Read more
