We frequent this restaurant and love to dine in on the weekends for breakfast. The customer service that we receive - especially... from Limcy is quite extraordinary. Extra cold and very delicious root beer. This restaurant changes its deep fryer oil so the French fries are golden and taste... delicious. Read more
Waited 30 minutes for food. Food was cold. Handed the food back and wanted my money back. Refused money back but took the food... back. Would not give me a refund threaten your call the police. Had to wait 1hour 45 minutes for a manager to come in and giveme a refund. Disgusting customer service. Read more
Been to this location many times. Usually the service and quality are excellent compared to many other fast food outlets. Went... from a 5 rating to a 4 from me after a bad breakfast on june 28th at 7am. The A/C left the dining room so cold I had to eatoutside. The hashbrown was cold and a long dark hair was on my toast. Overall the location has got me enjoying a&w whereas Inever really went there before but they really dropped the ball on my last visit.
