this is one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered online and they called me to tell me... they couldn?t deliver to my address. I asked them if they if I could order from another store closer to me and if they couldjust transfer the order. They said yes so I ordered from a closer store. They called me afterwards and said that I can?t orderfrom another store. I had already pre-paid therefore they had my money. The store owner refused to give me a refund for mypurchase and was very rude and inconsiderate . Will not be providing service to the store again. Read more
