Frequently slow service times during non-rush hours. And it's certainly not slow due to food prep because it's a 50/50 chance... your food will be above lukewarm. This is a message I have sent to Wendy?s on their website. I went through the drive through at the King Street North location... and ordered a baconator combo, a large chili and a sour cream and chives baked potato. I paid $20.87. I received a drink and abag with the food. When I got home and opened the bag. It contained the hamburger, the chili and baked potato. There were nofries or sour cream. The receipt was not in the bag. Please provide a gift card for the fries as I am not driving back to getthe fries. I tried to call and it went to voicemail 2x. Read more

If I could give this a 1 I would. I went on a Saturday and got 4 small items that would equal total of about 9 dollars. It was... in 2 orders because they messed up the first one. I got no receipt and when I checked the next day it was $32 they chargedme. I go back to get the refund and they argued about it. They wouldn't give me the full refund back, then once they did, theamount was still wrong. The lady said the manager could only give so much and when I asked to speak to them, They weren'tthere. This was a chicken snack wrap I ordered from this location last Friday. I understand there is a lettuce shortage but why the... chicken nugget and 3 strands of cheese ???? This location constantly has long wait times with minimal customers. If you are inthe Waterloo area I would suggest the one on Weber steet. I have been there many times and never had a problem.
