I wish I could give a zero to their customer service. My girlfriend just had a subway from this place and the way they were... treating her was rediculous. Those two girls (one was making bread and the other asking for veggies) were rolling their eyes andmaking weird faces and rude at the same time. I went today(20 Sept) at 3:00. They are saying they don't have a veggie patty. The same thing also happened to me a few weeks... ago. I don't know why they are always out of veg options. Read more

Worst customer service., How can you hire somebody like this. Those two girls who are working there are ridiculous. They dont... know how to talk to somebody. I work in mall and usually go there . Every other store is so nice in this mall except thissubway., these girls are extremely rude., the girl who took my order she asked me what kind of cheese and i thought she isasking me what kind of veggies, i was about to tell lettuce onion, she was like i asked you cheese not veggies. And girl on cashwas hilarious, i told her i need a combo, instead of asking me what drink or what cookie she was rolling her eyes., This storemanagement needs to talk to their employees as i have read a lot of same reviews like this.
