Thieves. I ordered pizza from Pizza Pizza on Erb St. Waterloo via the app twice and noticed there was a $5 additional charge on... my credit card each time. So my receipt didn't match the charge. I contacted Pizza Pizza and I have been told two differentstories: 1. Is that I told the driver to add a tip and they "phoned in" to add a verbal $5 tip to the orders. I did not dothis. 2. Is that Pizza Pizza only charged the the receipt amount and that the $5 charge is a service charge from the credit carditself. Also not true. This is fraud and theft and I am disappointed Pizza Pizza is participating such shady practices. I hopethe $10 you got was worth the bad review and the loss of my business. Read more
The lady employee who worked on November 16th( time -9:30 pm) doesn?t know how to treat customers. She was requesting me to come... to the kitchen to pickup the Doordash order. This place seems to be notorious for messing orders up? I just ordered for delivery and they got my entire order wrong. I had to... request a refund and reordered the same thing from a different location. It seems like all Pizza Pizza is hit or miss. Sometimesit?s good, but other times you can tell it was rushed.
