This location is horrible. CHECK YOUR ORDER. They screw up our order almost every single time. If hey weren't so close we... would never ever come here. Today, I ordered breakfast for 6 people and they screwed up 4/6 meals. This is normal here. Serviceis also painfully slow. Very poorly managed. Read more
It's really hit and miss at this location. Sometimes the order is perfect, and sometimes not. It's really all dependant on the... people who make the food and drinks. Sometimes the iced coffee doesn't have enough milk or it has the right amount. Same withthe bagel when ordering *extra* cream cheese. I figured it's time for a review on this place and full disclosure, I don't have great things to say sadly but I do still visit... it for my morning tea on the way into work. I have been coming her for many years as I live nearby and the service has just gonedown hill. The staff don't seem to know how to provide customer service, they barely speak to you when you are ordering eitherinside or the drive through. They do not listen to orders, I have had to go back several times to have my order fixed or sadlydeal with the mistake as it was to late to go back. It's Tim Horton's so the basics like coffee, tea, donuts etc are fine theyjust really need to work on the staff and training. Also they do not carry some items like sesame bagels.. they did prior toabout a year ago.. I really hope they can figure this out. Read more
A decent Tims. I ordered a bagel with butter and received a quarter pound of butter on it. I ordered the same with half butter... and outside of the wrapper and bagel were covered with butter. It was frustrating. Besides that, the service is good. Thecustomers are served relatively quickly. No drive through. Read more

Bought a box of hockey cards from this location received half of one box and half of another box, for anybody who doesn?t know... that?s 100 packs I would?ve preferred a sealed box. You?re supposed to be guaranteed per hundred so many special cards in saidbox.(which is why I bought a box) because you can feel the special cards in the pack. Unfortunately, it seems I received a packsthat they knew didn?t have anything good in them. As I sit here with a disappointing yes five year old.
