Its not professional to turn the board as OPEN and when you otder at drive thru you realize that its closed bcz there is no one... to take the order. Atleast turn the board off as Closed so that no one come to your store at late night. Not good. Staff shouldtake care of it before leaving. Wasted my 15 mins and i was starving. Read more
Worst KFC ever. It took over 25 minutes to get 6 tacos. I was the 4th car in line. The food was cold. And I bet there was... maybe 25 cents worth of meat in the tacos. Look at the pic. Disgusting slop. If they fed this to prisoners, they would riot. Staff didn't seem to know what was going on. They didn't talk to me to apologize for the delay even though I was at the windowfor a solid 10 minutes out if the 25+. I've had bad experiences every time I go to this location. This will be the last time Igive them a chance to rip me off. I'll be reporting them to corporate as well. This store owner doesn't give two hoots aboutrunning a good business. Read more
Most disgusting KFC meal ever. Chicken was burnt on outside and somewhat uncooked on the inside. Looked like it was sitting... there for weeks. Gravy was even worse. I can confidently say this is the worst KFC I?ve ever been to. I got a zinger combo. These guys have absolutely zero respect... for quality control - I?m not sure a single employee here has ever been told what a ?hold time? is. These guys used twodifferent batches of equally inedible fries that were both over hold time. They put the warmer (and I use that term loosely) seton top and the absolutely dead, 2 hour old fries on the bottom. The chicken was dry. If I had to guess, I?d say it spent aminimum of 2h in the heat drawer considering I?ve seen pretty good moisture retention out of 90 min fried chicken. Don?t givethese guys a penny.
