Location is a bit small, but my barrista was very courteous and helpful. She made an alternative suggestion because they were... out of pumpkin spice latte, and it was a good one! The first time I?ve ever been to a Starbucks in my life was here on June 24th, 2019. I even mentioned about this to one of the... baristas there who took my order. She was surprised and this all happened way before the pandemic?I ordered the vanilla mochaFrappuccino- my sister?s suggestion and it tasted great. I loved it. Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. I ordered a venti pumpkin spice latte and a tall strawberries and cream frap.... Neither of them were made correctly, and when I saw the guy pick up a grande cup to make my psl I said ?it?s supposed to be aventi? he replied ?well this is how it was rung in? without bothering to look up at me, and then he continued to make the drinkwrong, used watery gross whipped cream and left out the cinnamon. If I?m paying $7+ per drink I sure as hell expect them to bethe correct size and have ALL of the ingredients used. Won?t be coming back to this location and will definitely be tellingothers to steer clear as well. Read more
