today i ordered a drink and after waiting 20 minutes to get it, i finally get called TO PAY EXTRA because they forgot to charge... me (20 MINUTES LATER) for a shot of espresso ($2!!!!!! for a shot of espresso!!!!!). by the time i got my drink, they made itwith the wrong milk and with WAY too much syrup. tasted vile. i asked for it to be remade (and was being truly nice about iteven though i shouldn?t have been) and all they did was give me attitude before finally agreeing to remake my drink. i finallygot my drink (after 40 minutes?) and it wasn?t even filled all the way up and tastes absolutely gross. overall the worststarbucks ever and the employees are super rude. basically backlogged 24/7 and mess up orders because they have a new traineeevery day.
