Decent food, usually made on time. Don't trust the online hours because they don't reflect the actual store hours. If you order,... ALWAYS check for your sides and make sure your order is complete because more often than not, they are forgotten and the peopleat the store will tell you you're lying unless checked in front of them. It?s so bad I want to give you a zero, but that?s not possible so I?m giving you a one. Not only was our order late, they missed... a drink, made a pizza entirely wrong, and don?t even get me started on the poor excuse for chicken. I have tried multiple timesto get ahold of the store but I?m redirected to a customer service agent that has zero ability to actually provide customerservice? no power to see orders and therefore no power to give refunds or help in any way aside from transferring the phone to astore that is completely unreachable. I caught the mistakes 10 minutes after getting home and the store was already closed(6:50pm) so I could not do a thing about it. A very disappointing experience, and I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Read more
Ordered a triple treat box and 2 litre Pepsi for an event. The order was late. I called after it was 30 minutes late and the... customer service line said it would leave the store an hour late due to being short staffed. Store closed and I still never gotthe order. Eventually my friends left and because we didn?t get anything I didn?t expect them to pitch in. I didn?t get mynearly $50 order, eventually I got an email saying it was delivered (2 hours late) but the food was never actually delivered,especially not following the instructions given to go to the back door. I checked the other entrance and looked at my neighboursdoors multiple times. Nothing was there either. I made an online complaint and it said someone would get back to me in 1-3days, no one has. No refund either. They make it impossible to actually contact this restaurant or manager as the phone numberredirects to a national ordering hotline/call centre and not the store despite the local number. I tried to call the store andit transferred me to the call centre for ordering and asked if they could help. They said they couldn?t but could get me on thenational corporate line. I called and explained the situation and said they can see the complaint on the order and can confirmthe local store hasn?t taken action on the complaint. This was 3 days after the order. I asked what they could do and corporatesaid nothing other than wait, but they would try to pressure the store to respond. It?s almost been a week and I never got foodand there is no refund in sight. I can?t get hold of the local store staff and the management is refusing to contact me despitemy online complaint providing my email and phone number, and when filling the complaint it said I should expect contact in 1-3days. Corporate hasn?t helped in anyway I can see either and just insists I wait. They basically stole $50 bucks from me, didn?tdeliver any food, and refuse to refund me or get back to me with any information or solutions. Read more
Horrible. They switched to a call centre. Ordered at 5:45 told 40-45 minutes for delivery. Called back at 7:00 told they hadn?t... even started our order as they were waiting for a driver. Showed up at 7:30and was almost all burnt. Called back and all theyoffered was a credit on the cookie. Will never order from Pizza Hut again. I wish there was an option for negative stars Read more
