Great little pub for a late afternoon pint. Food was hot. Beer was cold. Service was lovely.
Got sat at exactly 5pm on a Wing Wednesday night at Maude Hunters'. Highlights (just my opinion): Nice little patio... seating Friendly staff Reasonable prices Great flavours for wings on wing night (got Honey Hot) I had the beef dip; it was aregular beef dip, nothing too memorable, could have used a bit more beef closer to the end tips of the sandwich. The fries weresomething I wanted to try, seasoned (which was nice and thoughtful), but unfortunately got a little top salty (and I love mysalt). The wings were really good though, picked Honey Hot, which was a right balance of heat and sweetness (I usually getmedium spice in ethnic restaurants) for me. Husband's chicken burger didn't have too thick of a batter, and reasonable sizewhich looked good. The pickle was a nice touch. Service I really liked, redeemed for the fries and my beef dip- checked in onus, we didn't have to wait too long for beverage refills! Just wanted to quote a response from your manager below "Next time, instead of leaving unhappy enough to write a negative... review, please just inform your server that you aren't happy with your order and they will be more than happy to fix it." Thisis a lie. Instead of bad-mouthing your customers when they take issue with your servers being jerks, maybe try to figure outwhat the issue is so you can correct it. Read more

It took 25 minutes after being seated ti get service, 15 after to get a drink, and 55 minutes to get our food. When the food got... here, 3/5 of our orders were prepared bad enough to send back, and one order was a salad, but I was given a burger instead. Thepotato soup tasted like a pot of gravy.
