This is my son's favorite McDonald's to visit. The play place is MASSIVE. On some weekend afternoons, there'll be a whole army... of children playing and making friends among themselves. The "Big Mac" isn't so big anymore. The fries, some were hot but more had been cold. Service was slow, so our food was... cold. They were not really paying attention to Us, instead they were restocking, and we were sitting there watching them dothat. We went through the drive thru. I went in for lunch Oct 9, 2022 restaurant was busy. I ordered on the screen myself. The order was process very fast, fried... was warm. A staff was also doing a good job cleaning and sanitizing tables it is my go to restaurant. Staff are doing theirbest every shift. We all need to just have more patience than writing bad reviews. I eat here fairly often and I also worked at this location for nearly 8 years. The food I received tonight was clearly thrown... together without any care for the customer. I ordered a quarter BLT with a lettuce wrap. I received my burger on a tray with thecheese on the bottom so it melted into the tray with the ketchup and mustard squirted on the tray below it and the rest flung ontop. I already have to avoid gluten so you know I'm not enjoying anything I eat anymore and you can't even put together a burgerwith even less steps to make it than usual? Absolutely ridiculous. The employee that put this meal together should be ashamed ofthemself. Pathetic. Read more
