While my car was getting serviced, I walked over to get coffee and breakfast but the dine in option is "temporarily closed."... From reviews, this has been happening first months. Without my car I couldn't get my coffee in the drive through. Please updateyour Google maps hours! Very disappointing! Read more
Drive through service only is one thing but they are open to 2pm on a Saturday and I do see people inside in their seating with... their laptops laughing away while the door is locked; people were glancing at me before laughing away. Huge disappointment, longtime overall Starbucks client around Victoria. Guess post-pandemic this location has changed so won't be going here from here onout. Worst starbucks staff. The manager probably needs training how to manage. Not educated/ experienced to make a custom drink... properly. And to the young white girl on 01Oct'22 morning, you need to find another job where you don't have to face customers.It's better for your career, for starbucks and the customers. I am routinely disappointed by this location. FIrst, the "drive thru" only, which isn't updated on the Starbucks app, yet has... dragged on for two years now. Second, half the time I order here, I drive away with something wrong. But of course by the timeyou've driven away, it's too late to do anything about it. In the most recent visit, I was asked not once, not twice, but THREEtimes what was to go in my Americano. The third time was even face-to-face at the window right before it was handed to me. Andyet, as I drove away and took a first sip, I found my Americano was -- wait for it -- black. So three times asked, yet threetimes ignored. My overpriced coffee ended up being poured out over the asphalt at a red light somewhere near Duncan. Irecognize staffing is a problem. But this place doesn't even deserve the Starbucks brand at this point. Probably telling thatit's not a location that does the follow-up surveys for customers. I think it's time to open your doors to customers who want to sit inside. It's really unusual how this location is just drive... thru only. I don't think they pay employees enough, hence the staff shortage. Read more
