Honestly, I?ve gone here quite a bit just because it?s close to me and have gotten ok service before but at this point I?m kind... of done and would recommend you travel the additional 1.5km to the Admirals Walk Subway. Sandwiches are often drowned in sauceor quickly folded and wrapped. I usually leave not wanting to open the wrapping and deal with the mess. Maybe it?s not subwaypolicy but a lot of locations wrap the white piece of paper that?s used during the creation process along with the sandwich.This creates a layer between the sauces and the outside wrap. This location actively does not do this, so their sandwichesdrowning in sauce aren?t only a mess when you open them, they leak through their wraps! I write this as I am done going to thislocation. This last piece might just be a view Royal bylaw but you now have to pay $1.25 for a paper bag no matter how manysandwiches you buy. Staffs friendly but after giving this location a few opportunities to change my opinion I cannot go back here again. Vegetables... are always rough looking, cleanliness of food prep surfaces is questionable. My spouse got a chicken wrap and there was so muchchicken water from the chicken being microwaved and poured out onto the wrap... As they moved it down the prep line a goodamount of this fluid leaked into the spinach and lettuce... Just repulsive. Hope these folks get their house in order, untilthen I will give my business to another location. Read more

Had a bad experience with the staff here. They hollowed out the bread, ignored me when I asked to have cheese on top and bottom... (at first), proceeded to leave my sub half made to handle online order screen then had to be prompted to change gloves. To tipit off, had to ask loudly for our drink cups.
