Security needs to lay off. They glare at you for no reason - parked my car and was looking at my cell b4 going into Tim?s and... the security was walking around my car looking at me. Numerous times when we order a bagel from this place they are too quickto give us service and forget to finish what they?re doing :) Read more
I go to this Tim hortons Daily. I go they the drive thru. I love going to this one. The day staff is awesome and friendly and... know me by name. But it seems every night they close 1 to 3 hours earlier then their supposed to. It's always random. And thenight staff are rude and dont seem to care about customers or for their jobs for that fact. When I see them and ask why theirclosed. They give dirty looks cross there arms and walk away... It's the only drivethru in the downtown area of Victoria. Itshould be 24 hrs. But even tho it's not. Tonight on a friday with lots of tourists and stuff in town. Their closed at 830. Eventho it says 1030 on the door and the website. The walking one down the road is over packed with ppl. And the McDonalds drivethruis kind up out to the road.. this is so bad for your buisness. DAY Staff 10/10. Night Staff FAIL. And should get new jobs. Read more

This drive-thru Timmy's between Douglas and Burnside is the BEST. They get my order right 99% of the time AND the entire staff... are wonderful, polite, and amazing at their job! Please tip them. I do! Read more

The drive thru is kinda confusing because entering from burnside you won?t find the menu board, and you?d directly go to the... front window, but the staff is really nice and they will take the order and bring it to the car in the parking lot. Read more
