Had to get some camera footage of an incident at the gas pump for ICBC. Staff Jeeshan and his female coworker were incredibly... helpful and super friendly. Excellent customer experience. Read more
This Tim Hortons is in a very convenient location however it is always extremely busy because of that. The lines do move quickly... and for the most part the staff are friendly but sometimes you do get the odd staff member who can be quite rude as they areobviously very stressed with the amount of work. They also run out of items very quickly due to the amount of customer trafficcoming through. Great place to stop in for a drink though because they don't run out of those. And I have to admit the staffvery well equipped at dealing with large customer volumes. This Tim Hortons comes attached to a gas station so I've never reallybeen inside and don't have much to say about the inside if they're even as seating or whatever but I do know that it is notcompletely attached to gas station because I have been inside the gas station and you can't enter the Tim Hortons from there soI assume that there's seating available. There's a large parking lot but again parking lot is usually quite full seems to be thelocation as this is a place where people could stop coming from South Island North Island or from Sooke. The employees in the drive through do not care. No hello, we say: how are you, they ignore and start their robotic work over... again. When they open the window with your order all they say is the amount you have to pay. No ?here you go?. Can you at leastpretend you care? Read more
I would give zero stars if possible. There is a lady there with an accent who has argued with me 2 times now when my order was... missing items, saying that I didn't ask for them... even her poor co-worker working the window was embarrassed and apologizingfor her behavior... this lady has no place working in customer service.
