The staff tried really hard to do their jobs but the whole place is dirty. The cake cooler has a chain and lock so you can't get... anything out of it. The area is home to many street people who were living in the parking lot harassing everyone trying to gointo the restaurant. Not the family establishment it used to be. Read more
This restaurant needs to be shut down. I'm contacting coorperate office to discuss this. My wife and I ordered a blizzard... birthday cake from this location and I nearly swallowed a very sharp piece of plastic. We later (thinking this may have been ananomaly) found another sharp piece of plastic in the cake! My wife called the restaurant to notify the location of the incidentand impending danger and the manager (Mesak I believe) only told us that this "never happens" and offered a 15$ coupon for our$45 cake. Which, based on the last review three months ago, another customer found broken plastic in their blizzard - not aone-off situation! Furthing this, while waiting for the order there were staff in the back room wrestling around and roughhousing in plain site which would appear to make the likelihood of broken objects all the more possible from the extreme lack ofprofessionalism. The manager I spoke to was very apologetic but there was no call to action and she seemed more interested indefending her staff and store then actually addressing our very legit concern. We were lucky in that we hadn't (yet) given anyof this cake to our 2yr old daughter who would not have been able to identify this plastic shard in her sweet treat. I am deeplyconcerned for the well-being of other people and families as this could have literally killed someone. I had ordered a customized cake for my girlfriends birthday. I had placed the order 5 days in advance and had also given them my... email id and contact info. The day i went to pick it up they just made a simple vanilla cake. It was such a disappointment.Spoiled her day and wasted my money. Pathetic experience. If you couldn't customize it at least let us know so we can get itdone from somewhere else. Read more
Complete staff overhaul needed now! I was in line to order, a guy came around from behind the counter and started ringing... through the people behind me buying stuff from the freezer. 4 girls in the back chatting while on their phones not helpingcustomers at all. The guy making my blizzards took ages, had to go to the back for every single ingredient as nothing wasstocked. Took so long I was given runny soup for blizzards as they had melted. The place is super dirty, no one wears gloves andthey're all touching the counters and themselves before your food with no hand hygiene performed. Absolutely disgusting anddisgraceful!! Read more
