horrible service. the staff do not speak propor English. when ordered a BLT they gave me a BELT which I didn't ask for. then... when asked for it to be fixed I was denied so I asked for my money back. they denied me my money back and then security comesand tells me I'm banned for life for getting upset that Im basicly being robbed because I didn't get the order I payed for northe money back for what I did not get. Not once have I gone to this location and they get my simple order correct, they are rude and their time management is abysmal.... Probably not the best look for save on foods OR Tim Hortons Read more
the staff at this location are rude and don?t know how to run their own store. I paid the first portion of my order on a gift... card, and the remaining amount that i owed on my debit. The transaction was approved however, they said i still owed them money.I showed them how my transaction went through on my debit yet they still demanded me to pay the extra amount. Even though iasked why i was paying extra they clearly didn?t understand how to work the till and made me pay more! After 10 minutes and mecountless my showing them how i had now made two transactions and paid beyond what i originally should?ve, they returned theremaining amount to me in change. The mix up with the till doesn?t bother me as much as their poor and uncooperative customerservice attitudes did, there was no need to get mad at a customer when it was clearly their mistake. Staff is nice. Doesnt take Tim's rewards, or my gift card on the app as a result. They don't have a "scanner" for that? Really... Tim's you cant set this up? Read more
