I came in this morning to get the same drink I get everytime I come to Starbucks. They said they didn?t have oat milk and it?d... be about 15 minutes. I didn?t mind waiting so I went for a walk and came back. After 15 minutes had past I went and sat down. 45minutes had went by and I was hardly even acknowledged to be told my drink was coming. Nobody had even said sorry about thewait. I finally get my drink and it had cinnamon in it when I didn?t ask for cinnamon. I had to walk BACK over to tell them mydrink was made wrong after almost an hour of total time to get one drink. The barista once again didn?t apologize and justhanded me my drink. I?ve worked in customer service my whole life and this is NOT how I would have handled it if I was on theother end. Super frustrated especially since I come in all the time and the employees are usually wonderful. I definitely won?tbe coming back to this location. Read more
