Love the patio area here, we generally have a good time when we come here although it can be a bit pricey then some places... similar to it. Last time a friend had an over cooked steak and the waitress corrected it immediately, refilled his fries andgave a hearty discount on it, that alone has raised my review from a 4 to a 5, great customer service. Anytime I?ve been to Brown?s Social House I?m never disappointed. No matter how busy they are (lunchtime at the Uptown location... is very busy!) the staff are always friendly and pleasant and the food is always delicious. I had some time to kill before anappointment so I decided to try and grab a quick lunch. I ordered the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich which had bacon and Jackcheddar cheese and a delicious charred jalapeño ranch. So tasty! Place is gorgeous! Location is central. Clean restaurant washroom. Delicious food. So why the three stars? It's because most of... the servers had their hair down. My server Josh did an astounding job, making my group feel welcomed and athome in the establishment.
