So so tired of bad service. Twice this week I have to complain about A&W. I went over order three times because he seemed to not... listen. "No grilled onions and add pickles please". What do I get? EXACTLY the opposite. Called to advise and not answeringphones. You're about to lose a long time frequent customer. Be better. Today on July 26 me and my cousin came to A&W to eat dinner and we were greeted with the most wonderful customer service by a... young lad named Jason, he always checked up on us and was always quick with a refill when our root beers were empty.
