Have been coming here for a few years now and just really needed to sit and write this review. The staff have always made us... feel like family when we come in, the food has always been amazing and the wine list is pretty impressive. Recently they haveadded a new chef to the kitchen and I must say that she has taken the classic Med menu and made some small changes to the dishesand I cannot say how amazing everything has been so far. As a former Mediterranean Chef and restaurant owner, it is always incredibly difficult for me to find a place to eat that even... comes close to meeting my standards; but The Med has done just that. For a small town restaurant, I don?t think you?re going tofind much better. The menu is solid and authentic (although it could stand to be a bit more vibrant and exciting - it issupposed to be Mediterranean after all), and the food was delicious. The crab cakes really impressed me, and that is no smallfeat to accomplish. Make sure you call ahead and secure a reservation? word has gotten out that this is the place to eat at,and you WILL be turned away if you try to just walk in off the street. Read more

My wife and I were checking out some spots to try for Italian food. Saw that they had some really great pasta options on there... menu and decided to come in and give it a try. We were blown away with great service and amazing pasta. Would highly recommendto anyone passing that lives in Vernon or is passing through to come and try them out. I had a prawn dish that was loaded withprawns and the wife had a mushroom chicken dish. Both were super tasty without being overwhelming! We will be back to try otheroptions on the menu! Read more
