Picked up my order which was a $10 my box. Told him my name and the gentleman grabbed my order. paid for it then went home. Got... home and the order wasn't even mine. The Pizza itself was fine, but the customer service is very poor. We have multiple times put a order in for contactless delivery... and every time we get a call saying they are there, this wasn't an issue sometimes; however, there was one time we we'rethere...and the guy sounded annoyed, yet the food was paid for and it was at our own risk to leave it there..Why even have acontactless option if you guys don't want to do it?... Not to mention during a time of a pandemic, what if we physicallywouldn't of been able to receive it from them?....We also did receive delivery at one point and gave a tip which the deliveryman had made a comment about, obviously he felt he deserved more, but last time I checked a tip isn't required? and how rude tomake a comment even and after all our other experiences they were lucky to receive any at that point.....Very disappointed andhope they work on their customer service Read more
