If 5 stars meant the store was above phenomenal and 1 star meant the store did not fulfill its purpose I would rate my... experience at this store a 2/5. Honestly, the other time I went everything was fine, but this time I was serviced by this rudelady. I was struggling to dig out some coins from my wallet to pay for my 2 subs, when she tells me I need to pay her another50 cents. That in itself is not the issue as I understand she needs to get to other customers (she had another employee helpingher though so I don't know what the rush is, it's not like I'm going to make a run with the sub), but what came after that wasinappropriate. After her reminder, I looked at the coins on the counter, did the math, and proceeded to dig for coins because Iknew I could pay it in exact change. The lady said again in a not very nice tone of voice that I needed to pay more, and whenshe saw me still looking for coins she flat out said (I could hear her through my earbuds, that's how loud she said thefollowing) "Jesus Christ, you people need to listen," and had a very annoyed look on her face. 1. The first star on this reviewis for actually making my subs right 2. The second star is for letting me leave the establishment without any escalation ofunnecessary bad mouthing, arguing, or fighting 3. Please educate employees on proper customer service, professionalism, and somebasic manners 4. Know that just because someone has earbuds in their ear doesn't mean they can't hear things 5.
