Manager was very rude, have a monopoly ticket for a free sandwich and was denied the one I wanted over 1 extra patty, this is... nonsense where it doesn't specify what sandwich. Small parking lot no pull thru spots. Clean restaurant with Friendly staff.
Do not go through the drive thru at this location! The ladies working at drive thru are super unfriendly. Management put a new... hire at the drive thru window by herself during rush hour, she handed me an overfilled drink that spilled all over myself andinside my car! Luckily it wasn't a hot beverage! I can understand that a mistake can happen but it's how you handle thesituation after the matter of fact! She just stood there without offering to help and just handed me napkins while I was drangedin ice tea, it was so bad that my summer dress and underwear was wet from the aftermath. She could have offered to help me byasking me to park on the side or maybe she could ask a tenured worker for advice. Customer service skill was lacking by therepresentative. This location always disappoints me. I order a Big Mac, and twice in a row they charge me for the ?grand Big Mac? which I don?t... like at all. I hate the bun and the bigger size Pattie?s. If I wanted that I would add the ?grand? in front of my order. Just away for them to scam me out of my money and the food ends up wasted because I can?t eat it all.
