The place looks clean and bright. Their people are busy to the point that even though I was the only customer waiting at the... cashier, I was ignored. I have been waiting for a minute or two, and someone finally came to serve me. She is the one who lookedto me several times while I was waiting at the cashier. When I started waiting at the cashier, she said to an order pick upcustomer that she likes his eyes. Just a few steps away from the cashier, she ignored me and kept me waiting. The 2 ladies in this image were very unprofessional yelling at customers in line. People waiting 20mns in line but ignored by... this cashier. She continued yelling instructing them to order online. In the future its best to atleast post a sign up socustomers are aware cash is closed. Or out of courtesy advise customers in advance so they're not waiting. Read more
In my opinion avoid this McDonald's. Went to this McDonald's at 3140 Rutherford Rd. In Vaughn yesterday (Aug. 22/22) around 3pm... for lunch. This McDonald's was not up to the usual standards of many others I have visited, which is really too bad as it isright by Canada's Wonderland. Our order took forever to be ready and then was incomplete as they forgot the McHappy meal. Atthe drink dispenser both the ice tea and root beer was pouring only water and the Sprite was almost out. The Coke wasworking. Our family of 4 all went to the washrooms and we all agreed that the very strong scent of urine in both washrooms wasthe worst we had ever experienced at any McDonald's (or most gas stations for that matter!) I did mention this in passing tothe shift supervisor and it appeared she couldn't careless and took no action, which frankly was the general attitude of thestaff I came in contact with. Corporate McDonald's Canada please do a secret visit to this location as it does not uphold theimage or quality standards of the McDonald's brand. Read more

We went to the Halloween haunt at Canada's Wonderland. On our way home we stopped into this McDonald's. It was disgusting the... floor was sticking at the entrance and none of the tables were clean I asked for a wet cloth just to be told them didn't haveany so I went to washroom to wet a napkin the washroom wasn't even clean. The Pop station was a mess there was garbage packed ontop of each other It covered the full window. Plus my food was less than par my bin on my Big Mac was hard and my fries werecold. I do know how a McDonald's could be left like that I have never seen this before at a McDonald's. Everyone I have been inis clean and friendly. Not this one I would never recommend this McDonald's to anyone. I would never go back to a disgustingrestaurant like this unclean one. Some day a customer will get sick. Read more
