First it took for ever to get my order and they gave me wrong and missing items. It was a drive thru and didn't had time to go... back. Read more
Wait was long but understandable since the drive-thru was busy. Went inside ordered a wrap, bowl, a couple of drinks, and other... things. They inputted the wrong wrap into the register and when the girl was making it she mentioned it and we let her know itwas the wrong one along with which one we wanted. She just ignored it and started making the bowl. Asked again if we could getthe right one and she mentioned that she only made what was on the screen. We insisted that we didn?t think it was her fault andif we could just get the right one. We were told she had already made it at this point. We clarified again when she continued tohand us the wrap because we thought maybe there was still confusion about which wrap but she told us it was already made andhanded us the wrong wrap. I know it's early in the mornings but stop giving me coffee when I order tea. Either change the cup color or the lid color so I... can at least tell you instantly when you have my order wrong. Stop punching in different items with the same price. It is notok, even when the total cost is the same. You are disabling the app coupon when the items don't match up. Please put a pricescreen at cash window drive through. Constantly being overcharged for items I don't order but cant see price im paying due todirect sunlight. Read more
