Basically an overpriced buffet-style food court. The food selection is better and more wallet-friendly out around the gates.... There was nothing outstanding or exceptional about this lounge. I wish I had asked to look through it before paying. Only 4bathrooms, 2 with showers (and one was out of order). The seating options are very much food court vibe. The lounge didn?t haveany reclining areas or pod type places you could rest, and the wifi was the same as the airport so what really are you payingfor?? Read more

November 5 , 2022 , worst customer service at the bar at 17:15 hours. Bar tender was rude, dismissive of customers and would... not answer simple questions regarding dietary restrictions for the food. He obviously hates his job and should not work incustomer service. He shrugged off a customer who asked if food was gluten free, he then stated ?it?s edible?. Read more
