The epitome of Italian sauce simplicity and impeccably made day-of pasta. To say it tastes fresh is an understatement and an... insult almost. Pasta with the same tenderness of a perfectly roasted veal loin cutlet, virginal each bite(it was a vegetarianpasta I had btw) that the sauce was almost extant. I almost never write reviews online but this lovely place in the West End deserves it. The pasta and sauces are just so... delicious yet affordable and the service is excellent - the owners are very kind and genuine people. I have a few questions : 1. I wonder if the owners have ever tasted Italian food ? 2. Do you have friends and family write your... reviews ? 3. Does the term Al dente mean anything to you ? 4. Does extra sauce mean one more teaspoon of sauce ? Admittedlyyour sauce was so mediocre that I count myself fortunate that I only got two teaspoons of sauce. 5. Would it blow your budget toinclude more than one napkin in your delivery bag for an order of two pastas and a salad? 6. Are we suppose to slurp the pasta?Come on guys , at least include a plastic fork! 7. Do your mind that I fed the two dishes of pasta to a random dog in the park?
