I had a disappointing experience at this starbucks location today. I arrived with an $15 gift card, the barista rang through my... order, I payed with the gift card, there was a small balance that was to be paid via debit but the debit machine wasn't workingwell, I had at this point thrown the gift card in the garbage after scanning it. The senior associate said there was 'nothing hecould do' without the gift card at this point essentially asking me to fish through the garbage to produce it. That didn'thappen but we lost our gift card and they didn't do anything to correct the situation. Very rude. Read more
Order the same thing every week, I come in at least twice a week, drink is NEVER made the same. I ask for ?sub vanilla? yet... always get both vanilla and classic in my coffee?? This is not the Starbucks for consistency! Refine your hires please. Read more
