Untidy ambience, staff doesn?t serve the drinks as per Starbucks standard!! Hot tea was not hot! Sad to see this location.

Google says they're open until 9:30pm however when we arrived we were told they close at 7pm & they acknowledge google is wrong... but they don't seem interested in fixing it. So it turns out it's actually 20 minutes to closing & they have already startedcleaning up so they weren't offering any types of foams or certain drinks. My coffee is lukewarm at best. Ask to have it remade& I'm told I'll have to wait because they've already washed everything. If you're open, you're open. Serve your customers &please give them what they want. We are paying for the service afterall. I'm sure you'd expect the same wherever you went. Read more
