Food, atmosphere, and service are what I look for in restaurants and Boulevard ticked all the boxes last night when we... celebrated my wife's birthday there. I rarely order seafood towers, because based on my past experiences at least half of theitems on the towers would either be blend or fishy, but for some reason we decided to order one anyways last night and we are SOglad that we did! Everything tasted absolutely heavenly on the tower especially the oyster and the mussels (with the exceptionto the snow crab)! Must try the sauces, especially the white foamy one for oyster! It was flavourful yet not overpowering! Beefcarpaccio and the curry cauliflower were also amazing! What was equally amazing was our lovely waitress, Chelsea! She was abreath of fresh air! Super friendly, attentive, and pleasant! We absolutely adored her! She completes fine dining, a greatquality overlooked by most restaurants these days! All and all a very enjoyable night! Highly recommend dining at Boulevard if you’re able to; you’ll have such a relaxing, elegant, world class meal. My partner... and I had an amazing experience dining here and I’m glad I chose Boulevard to celebrate my partner’s birthday! Everythingwas impeccable. The service was amazing from start to finish, oysters unbelievably fresh and delicious, my linguine wasperfection, could very well be the best pasta dish I’ve ever eaten, and they treated us with a complimentary dessert forcelebrating a birthday with them. Great happy hour for high quality food! Deliver gorgeously plated food that will break the bank on regular menu and portions are... on the smaller side. If you have budget, totally worth the visit. Have a good size patio that wraps around the Sutton Hotel. Read more
Went to Boulevard for happy hour and had mixed, but mostly positive feelings. If the food wasn’t that good, my rating would... be lower, but more on that later. We chose to sit inside for happy hour and were the only table in the vicinity when we satdown. I think they were in the middle of a shift change or something as it took 10 mins before someone came back to check on us.Never once were we asked how the food was, if we wanted another drink, or a refill of water. By the end of the experience, wehad a different server who gave us the bill versus the person who took our order (hence the shift change comment). Outside ofthe slow start, the food at Boulevard does not disappoint so they very much deserve the stars for the food. The portions forhappy hour are very generous. The food tastes fresh, and not overpowering with salt or spice. The flavours were light, veryrefreshing, and well made.
