Great food! Friendly staff! I have been coming to Thai Express Harbour Centre many times already! First time when I passed by I... just wanted to try out some Thai food and I know I made the right choice! The Cashier Tita was very friendly. Every time I come,she greets me with a friendly smile and I noticed she greets every single customer who comes to eat at Thai Express HarbourCentre! I feel welcome every time I eat there! Beside great customer service, their food are also very tasty, my favourite dishis Tom Yum beef noodle, I ordered this one time and now I wanted to have it every week! I used to like Thai express food, unfortunately quality of the food is really bad now days, specially in this specific location.... I have been going to this location for two years and the service has been okay for me. but I decided after last week that I willnot go to this place due to the food quality. do something about the food quality soon in order for the business tosurvive. March 3rd, 2020 - my order was taken at 1:10pm and I had to wait until I had to remind my order was not completed. Isaid my number was not called and then one of the cook took the receipt from me. No apologies nothing. My order was ready at1:34pm. My last time at this location. This place is the WORST Thai Express restaurant! I ordered twice from them and each time it was disgusting! The Pad Sew is super... oily with no sauce to the point that I had to throw it out after 3 bites and the fried rice is just rice with 2 pieces ofchicken!!! Please don?t go there and waste your money.
