I haven?t been here for a year or so and I used to get their hainanese chicken rice all the time, it wasn?t the best but I knew... what I was buying into. Then today I got the hainanese chicken rice and it is completely different from the photo and from whatthey used to serve. The chicken was fatty, it wasn?t even turmeric rice it was plain white old rice and the they put a largeamount of random ginger sauce all over the chicken soaking in two inches of oil.
