Every time I come to this subway to order a sandwich, I pray I don't get that pink haired lady Freda. She is absolutely rude,... condescending, and loud. How she has not been fired or let go is beyond my belief, but avoid this chain if possible because sheis the worst example of a customer service employee I've ever seen. Really awful experience. I ordered two featured sandwiches combo for take out. When I get there to pick up, only one person is... preparing orders and it looks like that she didn?t know what to add on each sandwich so that she search her iPad and builds asandwich. Slowest service ever. When the weird lady scored the mayo she put an obscene amount on, then proceeded to scrape it off with a... knife I saw her use already. I walked out. Gross. A month later I decide to give it another shot and this time there was acouple people in line in front of me.
