This particular franchise should do better. I looked up a cafe near me that offers gf and good coffee. I walked into the place... at around 11am and there was maybe 5 cookies and pastries on display. I decided to just order a latte. I saw the guy just pourit out of a jug? I asked, is this just coffee? He said no i made it fresh. Worst experience ever! Barista refuuuused to make me fresh drink or give me refund after making me a HOT ? ICED ? latte. Tasted... like warm water down burnt coffee. Disgusting, YELLED at me in front of my Daughter. Was frantic all over the place pacing backand forth just saying no no no refunds .
