I wonder if this location may have changed ownership - I constantly get poor service now. Wait 10 minutes just to pick up a... pizza that should have been ready 10 minutes ago, and there are usually 4-5 staff standing behind the counter not serving anyonewhile there is a line of 4-5 people waiting to be served. Half the time the staff are telling the other staff what to do - whichpizza is which persons, how to bring it up at the till etc, but half the time the staff are chatting amongst themselves. I alsoask for a sauce drizzle every time I order online, and it?s never on there, so I have to ask again each time. I even startedputting it as a special instruction as well, but it still gets missed. Even the quality of the food isn?t as good now - I cansee them take it out of the oven while I?m waiting, but it somehow doesn?t taste super fresh anymore. This store used to begreat, but I find myself disappointed coming here now. I hope they can get it together, new management or not - it was myfavourite pizza shop in the neighbourhood for years, but I?m not sure I?ll continue coming here if I keep having the sameexperiences. EDIT: Changing to 1 star instead of 2. I just tried to use a coupon from freshslice?s own app, and the cashierdidn?t understand how to get it to work - or should I say he didn?t bother to try. Told me to scan (after the card machine wasalready getting me to pay) and then said ?no, doesn?t work, full price?. I tried to explain that it was their own app and that Iwanted the discounted price, and that there was even a code he could enter if the QR code didn?t work, but he again said?doesn?t work, full price?. I was looking for 3 slice of Pizza they offered me to Freshly backed Pizza and it was really yummy :) thanks guys!
It's really a worst location of Fresh Slice. Always takes more than hour and half to deliver, sometimes send pizza without... cutting into the slices and today when I called them after hour and half to ask for the delivery, they said sorry we forgotabout your order and gonna make it now. Then again when I called back after an another hour, they said sorry we are super busy,so we have canceled your order (without letting me know). Waited for 2 and a half hour for nothing. Ordered 2 medium pizzas here for delivery at around 7PM. 1.5 hours passed and I call them to check what's happening. They say... that it's ready but no one has actually gone out to deliver anything. Unfortunately I can't say anything good about this location. First order, 40 minutes after the online order I got a call from... them letting me know that they are out of Parmesan, it can happen. Pizza arrived cold 40 minutes later. Second order, aroundhalf an hour into the order I got a call telling me that instead of the white garlic sauce the regular tomato sauce was used. Iwould love to accommodate but tomato is just not my thing. Pizza arrived cold yet once again. Third order, took 2 hours to getthe order delivered, delivery guy has the social skills of an ape, and the head office does not like to deal with complaints.They refuse to respond to my messages. Now I just want to throw it out there, Joyce Street location delivered in 26 minutesfrom order confirmation, hot food and the delivery person said "thanks for the tip" By the way, Joyce is just a bit fartherfrom my place.
