Don't order your birthday cakes from here. They don't have a system to track orders and allow anyone to take cakes from their... freezers. I ordered my daughter's birthday cake 3 weeks in advance and sent in a custom picture as the design. But on pickup dayI was informed it appears someone else picked up the cake already. They offered a discount on one of their generic design cakesbut I would much rather pay the full price and get what I ordered. Read more
I came in tonight and bought a skor blizzard with caramel and peanuts added, Everything was fine until I bit into a walnut. One... I did not ask for walnuts too I don?t even like the taste of walnuts. The storage and separation of these nuts need to be morecareful and your workers need to be more careful. Wait times are much shorter than other locations and food is just as piping hot. Unfortunately, this branch always seems to... serve such runny and thin Blizzards... Even the young employees never seem to flip the Blizzards before handing them over as itwould instantly drip and fall from the cup. The franchisee/manager should really do something about the machines. Read more
