Fast delicious and cheap food with Wi-Fi and power socket
I love a&w but this location disappoints me and ruins the brand values and vision and that a&w has. The staff is amazing and... nice but a from a few months ago they started to refuse serving drinks in frosty mug. They tell me always that they ?don?t servemugs on this part of the day? but i came in breakfast, lunch, dinner, and early morning, and they tell me that all the time. Soi know they lie to their customers when they say that frost mugs are served only on specific times. Disappointing management andcorporate should step in. Read more
Overcharged us with horrible attitude. We went to the store and ordered a five piece chicken strip combo, they said they didn't... have pop drink cuz the machine wasn't working, but we could choose from any of the juices. They proceeded to charge us extra forthe juice without notifying us that this wasn't a replacement but was a forced sale. We asked them why the total came to such ahigh number and asked for a receipt (they didn't offer one to begin with). We haven't recieved our order at that time yet. Wewere just curious why they charged extra. They then said that it was our fault for not checking the order screen before paying.Who would check when obviously other people are in line and waiting? There's no law saying that consumers aren't protected justbecause the vendor offered a screen for them to view. All major stores have a screen for you to view, such as superstore orWalmart, but can you keep up with the speed they scan items? No way, but that's why there's always a refund or customer center.
