I first dined at this fine establishment on November 14, 2021. What an experience I had that day early that crisp November... evening. The twenty Spicy Chicken McNuggets I had could beat no other chicken offered at the fast food places throughoutVancouver. However, I am only sad to see them go, as I felt like they were better than the regular Chicken McNuggets. I alsohad a Sausage 'N Egg McMuffin that crisp November evening. The McMuffin was kind of oily, and way too filling for a late nightsnack. I did enjoy the chicken nuggets though, so four stars just for having Spicy Chicken McNuggets. Read more

I walked up to the counter. The lady standing behind it says. "There is no one to help you, you have to use the machine". I said... "Excuse me? " She repeats it again. I was going to ask why she cant help me, but figured why bother. It's clear she isn't goingto. This was the last straw for me. This place has consistently terrible service. The ladies behind the counter act like theyhate life itself. We all have bad days, but every day??? Tired of starting my morning off with their bad attitudes. I left andwent across the parking lot to A&W. The girl there greeted me with a hello and a big smile and was willing to take the 48seconds needed to ring in my order. I will never be back. Read more
I ordered a kid's meal for takeout and didn't check what's inside when I was there. When we got home, we realized the juice was... not included in the pack. I have been to many different MacDonald in great Vancouver and ordered kids meal very often. This isthe first time for me to find out something is missing in the kids meal. Very disappointed. I go there once in a while when I have time, and the food is consistent which is good. It is also okay for a franchise, but... their coffee tastes sour... The lady at the front who works in the morning knows how to work the cash register. I think she'sbeen there for a long time, and she's a character! She charges the correct amount, and I noticed that the younger ones chargeyou the incorrect amount. Most likely because they don't know or never practiced much with it. Read more
