Barista does not pay attention to detail and told my ready was not ready when it's just sitting there. Mobile ordered ahead of... time as well. Told barista my name clearly too. After 5 minutes request her to check again and she gave me the drink that wassitting there when I first asked her. Asked for a straw and gave me attitude. Used to be a barista... The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. I wasn?t fully pleased with my tall matcha order and a barista with long black hair... recognized and got me a new venti matcha latte. It was around 5:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. She was charming and lovely.Thanks a lot. Read more
The staff are quite nice, but the furniture is not comfortable and this place has only ONE bathroom open (there are actually 2... but one is perpetually "out of order") . The power outlets are so old and loose your charger might fall out!
