I have been here several times since 2018. I'm always impressed by their decor, atmosphere, presentation of the food and the... selection of the teas. The service is a bit of a hit and miss. Some times they have seemed to be understaffed and you have towait a bit. Luckily, this time it was a hit. Staffs were polite, very attentive and coming to our table frequently to checkin. I love the wide tea selections they have. Many options from classic to unique flavors, including quite a lot ofcaffeine-free ones. (They used to give samplers to smell, but not any more, it seems.) You can purchase those tea leavesseparately if you want. For the afternoon tea set, each person will get to pick one tea. I ended up picking Jasmine pure, whichwas great. The tea set was stunning as always. They have 2 types of stands, a bird cage-shaped one and a circular one, bothphotogenic. We got the latter as in the photo. Because of the decor, just sitting inside here makes you feel "pretty", and Ithink that's what's most appealing about this place to me. (Even their washroom is pretty, you know.) It's like a selfcare tovisit here. We enjoyed all the items. The scones were well made, especially my friend who I took with was loving it. Her otherfavorites were the lapsing tea-infused salad and the butter milk cake. My favorite from the savory items was the quiche, andfrom the sweet items I would pick the mango cheese cake shot. Tea-infused items are always fun to try. The sweet items weren'ttoo sweet, so we managed to finish them all. Overall, we had a great time. I'll come back again for sure. Read more

This afternoon high tea spot in Vancouver is pretty interesting with multiple decors and beautiful tea sets on display. The... server was nice and served us well. We had our own space and felt not rushed. The tea set was beautifully displayed. The onlydownside is the professionalism when I was making my reservation. It was hard to get a response and text messages were not up topar. Other than that, it was a good atmosphere and not busy. Read more

Definitely very cute and aesthetically pleasing. I had the black lychee tea and it tasted delicious; small hint of lychee that... went very well with the sweets. The reason for 3 stars is that my friend and I only liked 2 items out of everything served. Thecakes were very dense and the bread was kind of hard, almost stale tasting. The pastry under the smoked salmon was also hard tobite into. It looked like it was supposed to be flakey. Very pricy when some of the food wasn't that great in my opinion. A funone time experience though. Read more

Came on a Saturday and after being seated for 15 min, someone in this small venue stopped by to greet us. The website mentions... the high tea price of $48 which was acceptable with a kids portion at $38. Tea cup and saucers were cute but the teapots needsome major cleaning. The image shown is for 3 high tea servings- $144. The presentation is quite nice with the bird cage. When Ireceived the bill, we were suddenly charged $58 per person, the manager apologized because they forgot to update the website asthe price increased as of June 1. Then he automatically added 18% gratuity when there was no mention of it anywhere on thewebsite. If the service and experience we received was exceptional, 18% is normal. But when service had left a lot to bedesired, they did not earn that. Transparency is key to any business. Really should provide the guest a bill and not just handthe machine over to 'just pay' the bill. Not impressed. The manager needs to take some courses or lessons on customer service. He was rough and really seemed to be in the wrong industry. I will not be visiting again. There are many more high tea optionsin Vancouver that provide better value and better quality. To the owner- You may want to frequent those competitors to see howyou can improve the experience.
