The staff inside work incredibly hard in likely THE toughest place in Vancouver to work. The coffee is usually good and... worthwhile but everyone must understand this place is very near the core of Vancouver's drug use community. Please neverbelittle addicts or those around addicts, most are good people struggling but there are bad people that prey on the vulnerable.You will find more good than bad inside but it is definitely not for everyone. Some inside are trying to escape the weather,some are looking to hide from the world, ALL are just trying to survive. Please be kind and realize where you are beforevisiting. Read more

Clean, friendly staff and are very quick with your order ????, go there often and always have a mocha with dark chocolate and... whipped cream it's very good. Two weeks ago one of the ladies decided to play some joke on me, I ordered my usual mocha sheturned her back on me and said mocha and made me a hot chocolate with a teaspoon amount of whipped cream ???? as if I couldn'ttell the difference, can't understand why she would do it, I am friendly to all the stuff that work there, I played along withit and didn't say anything, but if it happens again I'll have something to say.
