This was the second time we dined at this restaurant. Our server, Danielle, was exceptional and super friendly. The free range... chicken dish (Mezzo Pollo) that I ordered was so tasty and tender. The dinner would not be complete without their signaturedessert: tiramisu; I was engrossed with it and forgot to take a picture, unfortunately! We were seated right away on a Tuesday evening on their spacious patio – the perfect spot for people watching. They have 50%... off bottles of wine on Tuesday so we decided on a bottle of rose which was very refreshing! We started out with the duck liverand prosciutto & salumi appetizers – both were fantastic, fresh and of great quality. They had a number of specials for theday (lamb ragu, stuffed pasta, salad of the day, etc.), however I opted for the tagliatelle bolognese while my friend had thelinguine puttanesca. Great spot with that genuine Italian style hospitality. As a lone traveller, the staff took time to make me welcome, & chat when... they could. Noisy, with other diners obviously enjoying themselves. The Vitello Tonnato took me back to many trips throughItaly. Incredibly tender, slightly underdone with a delicious hit of flavour from the sauce. Visited here a week or so ago and had a great time. Our server was very helpful with explaining all the dishes were having and... providing recommendations. For appies we had the duck liver, tuna crudo and vitello tonnato (shaved veal). Favorite wasprobably the duck liver with the crostini. The crostini was crispy and light browned which went great with the duck liver. Theveal was very good as well with very tender veal and sauce. Don't remember the name of the mains we ordered but, we basicallyall had pasta. I had a tortellini style stuffed pasta. Lots of cheese flavor and some veal I believe. This place is a littlebit on the expensive side and portions was not that big. Still a good experience and worth a visit. Really loved the duck liverappetizer. Read more

The food here was divine. Loved the texture of the pasta and the salad was really delicious. Only issue with this place is the... tables are very tight and you feel like you are encroaching on the other diners.
