Great location. Super friendly staff. Most baristas knows many customers by name. But, it's always very cold inside. Both in the... summertime and wintertime, the air conditioning is on full blast. This place will get 5 stars if they turn on the heating. ???? Read more
I ended up being the only person apologizing for someone behind the bar hearing my order incorrectly; instead of just talking to... me like a human being, or saying "sorry I heard wrong!" I got barked at about the drink recipe. Had to dump 90% of the drink,and they wanted to charge me full price for a replacement. Just left. They got my online order wrong, but the wrong drink still tasted okay. I asked for a creme frap and they made the coffee version... of it. Realized this too late when I already left the store after tasting it. Read more
