I've ordered take out and delivery from this restaurant before and really enjoy their food. Last week, my family and I dined in... for the first time. The restaurant is spacious and clean. We were really impressed by the friendly service we received. The foodis a bit on the pricey side but the portions are decent and the food is delicious. We were slightly disappointed in the BraisedBeef Noodle Soup. The portion is good and the broth is delicious. Unfortunately, the beef wasn't tender enough. It's probably been about 5 years since we last visited Lucky Plus. Since that time, it seems their menu choices have changed a... bit. Tried the curry beef brisket, shredded chicken chow mein and cold lemon tea. Overall, pleased with the curry. The saucewas so addictive with plain rice and the beef brisket was nice and tender. The noodles had some good crispy texture that mixedwell with the saucy toppings. From what I remember, they used to have more Chinese-y dishes (as opposed to the western-friendlyitems that we tried), but I'm not complaining as they were done well. Read more
I?ve been here a couple of times and found the food reasonably priced, tasty, fresh, large portions, and the service amazingly... good. Great for large family dinners with an extensive menu to choose from. Read more
My noodle soup was lacking in flavour but the pork itself was good. Service was very minimal, no water offered or even asked if... we wanted anything else to drink besides the tea that came with, no seasoning on table etc. Read more
