HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I had cookies made for a Bridgerton themed bridal shower and the cookies were so pretty I could cry. Sophia... was very kind and accommodating, the cookies were a hit at the party, everybody loved them. 1000/10! Read more
*zero stars* Please do not order from here. I ordered Harry Potter themed cookies in the standard burgundy, gold, black. Not... only were the cookies orange (see image below), the packaging was sloppy and I have no idea what some of the designs are. For$5.50/cookie, I expected a much better product. I reached out to the owner about the colour error and was told that if I wantedI refund, I could return the cookies (the party is tomorrow so this is obviously not an option). No apology was given to me forthe mistake. The customer service was also terrible (no response to my emails for days leading up to delivery and my cookieswere delivered at 9pm on the date I requested). Read more

I?ve used Sugar successfully for a number of clients? needs and as much as I?ve loved working with her in the past, the... experience has changed drastically. I know the owner has some personal challenges but when I finally got ahold of her to followup on my order she assured me 40 boxes would go out that same week. She then confirmed to me that cookies had been shipped tofour different locations which they never did. Basically a blatant lie. Unprofessional and unreliable. Read more
