My daughter and I ordered for take out a slice of Savannah Cake and Banana Cream Pie. We were looking forward to having it at... home after a very long day. After one bite into each, we both commented on how bad they were. I believe the word we used todescribe them was ?disgusting?. The Savannah Cake was just a soggy Angel Food cake and the Banana Cream Pie was not fluffy andlight. Both of them tasted like they had been on the shelve too long, or they definitely need new Bakers. It was sodisappointing and we will never return. Had I had the energy to get back into my car and return both, I would have. Especiallyconsidering the ridiculous price we paid for each. When I called to let them know, the female who answered the phone was justlost for words, not knowing how to handle the complaint at all. That just led to more frustration. Also, the place has gonedownhill. No care whatsoever on making the inside an inviting place to enjoy a slice of horrible cake or pie. Read more
I had purchased a birthday cake for my mother in-law. Upon picking up, I had realized that it was on the wrong date. My wife was... devastated and I thought the whole day was going to be ruined. Sabina and Elisa wer able to come together and saved the day!They were able to accommodate my mistake and made a fresh before my eyes. Boy, the cake was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! And the ???? ontop was while we were waiting for our cake, my 3.5 year old son was given a sliver of cake of his choosing for behaving so wellin the bakery. Used to love their cakes and we always do take-out, but I was so disappointed this time. I understand everything's gone up... during Covid, but look at that. Price is already up, portion is down half of the size from before and the worst is thatunappetizing slice. I didn't know if they accidentally cut the piece like this or did it on every single slice....it's NOT evena complete slice. I hate people doing business like this....I definitely will not go back. I had the most disappointing experience ordering their New York style cheesecake. I pre ordered the 11 inch one and it tasted... freezer burnt, old, and stale. It was dense with a strange after tang. I spent close to $100 and it was absolutely horrid. Weare avid cheesecake lovers but no one even touched the cake. They charged so much but half the crust was missing on certainareas and it was so unevenly distributed. I want a refund. Pic included. Read more

Thank you Brynne & Elissa for the beautiful Red Velvet cake. It taste better than it looks! I'm shocked there are not more... employees (2) working. It almost feels understaffed. The workload is quite taxing and yet these two angels manage while offeringgreat attentiveness to us customers and maintaining the place clean & presentable. I hope this review transpires into a wageincrease for them and towards the direction of hiring more staff. Which is more than justifiable to reflect this expense.
