Tractor is dope! Massively underrated as a supplier of efficient, fresh and super yummy healthy grub in a plentiful and well... presented portion. When I say healthy, I don't mean leaves like those pathetic salads.. they have a great range of options forhealthy fats, wholesome ingredients and wholegrain options. One of the reason for my visits was how they have been able tointegrate vegan options into the market green selections. I had both vegan Kale Cesar and Quinoa Cauliflower Taboulleh optionswith the Chilli Lime Tofu. Absolutely delicious!! I wolfed it down in minutes. The Tofu was marinated very well and the marketoptions and power greens were super crisp, crunchy and fresh for sure. Plenty of flavor and exciting seasoning. Their marketoptions are rad, very innovative and edgy I can't wait to try others. This was sweet! It is on the more expensive side as anyonewho cooks, knows how much it'd take to whip this up.
